IECC TRIO SSS

If you have made it this far, you are well on your way to being, or have already been, accepted into TRIO. TRIO is a great place for support and encouragement. As a group, we are here to help students understand and succeed in college. It is nice to have a support group of others around throughout this transition. We offer two services through TRIO: TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) and TRIO SSS Club. TRIO SSS mandates that a student must be a first generation college student, have income eligibility, and/or have a documented IEP or 504. TRIO SSS allows for special advising, counseling, and college visit days. Students in TRIO SSS have opportunities to get ahead in college, while TRIO SSS Club is open to all students and includes fundraising, trips, and service projects. Students in TRIO SSS are encouraged to participate in TRIO SSS Club due to the opportunities that arise in both.
